I decided to try to use Lotrimin AF cream in the face of my seborrheic dermatitis. I've dropped it a few days and the itching and redness, but I'm much more flakes appear on the chin as normal. It's just a common part of the healing process, or I will stop, the cream?

I do not know about Lotrimin. But the best treatment that works for my SEB. Derm serenaskin.com herbal remedies. Ointment and spray clean the skin and has now adopted disadvantages from psoriasis, to keep the immune system in check so as not to cause epidemics.
