Chess Timer How To Set An Old Chess Timer For A 30-minute Game?

How to set an old chess timer for a 30-minute game? - chess timer

I bought an old chess West Germany. USCF approved beige plastic with two watches and two white buttons at the top. The red flags 11 to 12 Everything works fine. Press the button to start the clock of the opponent.

I have no instructions and I'm not on the chess club. Can anyone me some examples set as the timer for the various parties? Perhaps only 90 minutes and 30 minutes of the game.

Thank you.

It is very simple. For a game of 30 minutes to put the big needle 6th If you have less than 5 minutes on the clock (and the hands of major intersections of 11) of the flag began to rise. When the hand of the 12 matches, the flag falls. This means that your time has expired.

Traditionally, the game is to finish at 6:00. Therefore, for a game of 30 minutes you have the clock on 5:30. for 45 or minutes of the game from 5:15, etc. ..

For a group of 90 minutes, you can set the clock to 4:30. when the indicator fell for the first time, it just means that you have an hour. The game ends when the flag drops at 6:00.

I hope that helps!

I like chess, is not that good with a timer, however. Maybe you should ask the manager who led.

they have already done, sorry! Come back to you on this issue.
